Working with our head roaster to dial in a roast that would work on all fronts, the Mayday roast was crafted and selected to a flavor profile chosen by Trevor himself. Silk smooth, chocolatey and packed with some bright notes of fruit & citrus, his roast is ready no matter what the preparation method is thrown at it! Pour over, drip, cold brewed or pulled as espresso this roast was crafted to highlight the silky, natural sweetness.
