In the past summers we have offered two roasts one to start and one to finish, this year we're pleased to have sourced something incredible to last the entire season! For the warmer months, we tend to look for coffees that are sweeter, bright and full of complex flavors. This Costa Rica Honey process is very much the quintessential "summer coffee" great for those cooler mornings or perfect for those hot afternoons as a cold brew!
