Arturo, the owner of this small family farm is an expert in honey processing. Black honey processing is considered the most labor intensive of the honey processes because the coffee must be sheltered from light during drying."
This roast is a treasure! The Black Honey really shines through, rich and decadent bursting notes of cherry cobbler and boysenberry are very prominent in this cup. This silky smooth sweetness is not to be passed over.
