That spirit inspired this year’s Spring Surge Seasonal Selection.

Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region, this exceptional offering comes from the Bura Hamasho Farms, where smallholder farmers deliver carefully handpicked cherries grown at elevations between 1,950–2,100 meters. The coffee is naturally processed, meaning the whole cherries are sun-dried on raised beds before the fruit is removed. This traditional method produces a cup that is vibrant, fruit-forward, and deeply expressive.

Roasted on the lighter side of medium to preserve its natural sweetness, Spring Surge delivers a lively and aromatic cup bursting with layered fruit and florals. Expect notes of strawberry, honeyed sweetness, and orange blossom, balanced by bright citrus acidity and a smooth, elegant body.
