We’re proud to drop our First limited release of 2026 - Heartbreak Reserve: Nicaragua La Bastilla Anaerobic — an expressive single-origin coffee that’s as layered and complex as love itself. Harvested from the lush highlands of Finca La Bastilla in Jinotega, Nicaragua, this lot is Strictly High Grown (SHG) and milled to European Preparation (EP) standards, ensuring exceptional quality from bean to roast.
🍒 Flavor Profile: A bright, uplifting cup that’s fruit forward yet balanced — expect juicy strawberry, rich dried cherry, sweet marzipan, smooth milk chocolate, and delicate black tea notes that linger like a first kiss.
🌱 Process: This lot underwent a meticulous anaerobic fermentation, where ripe red cherries were sealed in oxygen-free tanks. The result? A vibrant, nuanced cup with amplified fruit complexity and sweetness rarely found in traditional lots.
