We set our beloved Christmas Blend in Old Forester Bourbon Whiskey Barrels for 21 Days. This aging process allows the raw, green coffee to soak up all the flavors and aromatics from the oak barrels. We then roast it to bring out the sugars and subtly sweet vanilla flavors. Boasting notes of Smoky White Oak, Brown Sugar and Hints of Spiced Fruit that play on your palate. This full bodied and smooth blend of Aged Sumatra & Ugandan coffee is the perfect roast to warm up by the fireplace this Holiday Season.
