This year, we’ve partnered with Spy Trail Distilling, our neighbors here on Long Island, to craft something truly special. Our signature Christmas Blend rests for 21 days in their freshly emptied bourbon whiskey barrels, allowing the green coffee to soak up every bit of the deep, toasty sweetness and rich spirit character.

Once roasted, the coffee reveals an indulgent flavor experience — bourbon caramel and spiced fruit up front, toasted brown sugar and vanilla bean through the middle, and a lingering finish of smoked oak and cocoa. It’s full-bodied, smooth, and irresistibly warm, the perfect companion for slow mornings and quiet winter evenings alike.
