We set our beloved Christmas Blend in Buffalo Trace Barrels for 21 Days this aging process allows the raw, green coffee to soak up all the aromas and aromatics from the oak barrels, we then roast it to bring out the sugars and subtly sweet vanilla flavors. With notes of Smoky White Oak, Vanilla, Hints of Cedar & Brown Sugar that play on your palate in this already amazing, full bodied and smooth blend of Uganda and Sumatran coffee. This is the perfect roast to warm up by the fireplace this Holiday Season.
