What Is Roaster’s Choice?

Roaster’s Choice is our rotating lineup of coffees that don’t follow a fixed release schedule.
Instead of planning drops months in advance, we rotate coffees in based on what we’re sourcing, what’s tasting exceptional, and what deserves to be roasted right now.
Each selection is tied to a specific lot and roast window. When that lot runs out, it’s replaced by the next coffee that earns its spot.
What Does Traceability Mean?

Traceability in coffee means being able to follow a coffee from the cup back to its origin.
For every Roaster’s Choice coffee, we track:
- Region and origin
- Processing method
- Producer or cooperative
- Lot reference
- Roast windowThis gives you a clear understanding of what you’re drinking—not just flavor, but where it came from and how it was produced.
It also allows us to maintain consistency and transparency across every release.
