Kings Coast was built on Long Island by people who cared more about what was in the cup than what was trending. What started as conversations over bad coffee turned into a decision to do it differently.

We source high-grade coffees from farms and co-ops around the world and roast in small batches, with precision and timing that actually matters. Nothing sits. Nothing ships stale. Everything is roasted with intention.

Not every coffee belongs in the core lineup. Some coffees rotate through Roaster’s Choice based on what’s tasting right at the moment. Others show up as Monthly Drops—rare, experimental, or one-time releases built around a specific idea.
