Introducing the newest addition from our Barrel Aged Series. Fresh from the Appleton Estate Distillery, spiced Jamaican rum barrels that we have aged Costa Rican coffee in to bring summery twist to our lineup. “La Cima” or “the Top” is where this coffee hails from, the mountainous perch of Perez Zeledon.

Costa Rican gold, finely aged in spiced Jamaican rum barrels boasts a fruity and floral cup of coffee. Notes of apricots, caramelized fruits like mangoes and apple with a smooth spiced finish with notes of cinnamon will have you in utter bliss.
