What is Kings Coast Coffee Company? Kings Coast Coffee Company is a premium small-batch, roast to order coffee company based on Long Island, New York. We roast ethically sourced and rare coffees from around the world and deliver it to your door. More information is available in the OUR STORY section.
Why is our coffee the best? We take pride in what we do, our passion and commitment to excellence is what sets us apart from the rest. We work tirelessly to provide ethically sourced coffee and challenge ourselves to provide you with the best cup of coffee you can buy. 
What Shipping Carriers do you use? We ship all our packages through the United States Postal Service. International deliveries are first handled by USPS and then handed off to the countries postal carrier.
Where is my package? Our standard process of how we roast and ship to order takes about 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as it ships from out location.
What are the shipping rates? We ship all packages using weight based shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout and will display before you complete your order.
Where do you ship? We roast coffee locally and ship globally! 
Do you ship to APO/FPO? Absolutely! We have and will continue to supply coffee to those who serve!

How can I change my order once it's placed? Please take the time to make sure all details of your order are correct. Once an order is placed we process it using the given information that is provided to us. If there are any mistakes please contact us as quickly as possible @ support@kingscoastcoffee.co and we will do our best to assist you and if possible make changes.
How do I return an item? If there is physical damage to the package during shipping or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend. Coffee at this time cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Merchandise Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and be in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging, unwashed and tags attached. Merchandise must be returned in 30 days form purchase date

Where can I buy Kings Coast Coffee? You can buy all our products through our web-store. Given our process of roasting to order, we currently sell online only. If you would like to see our products in your local market or store, please ask their manager to contact us.
How should I store coffee to maintain freshness?  We recommend storing coffee in a dark, airtight container at room temperature. Humidity is the greatest enemy of fresh coffee. 
How long will it stay fresh? We recommend buying coffee in whole bean and grinding fresh every time you brew. Whole bean coffee will stay fresh for around 4 weeks with proper storage. An airtight container will keep it fresher for longer.
