The legend and stories go that Kaldi was the founding discoverer of coffee, regardless of historical accuracy we chose to name this roast after “the founder” himself. This juicy berry bomb of a roast features notes of blueberry and concord grape. Wine like flavors play sweetly on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel. Truly an extraordinary roast.
