Our nod to those souls who get up super early, often before sunrise to hit the waves before heading off to work, school or whatever is they do the rest of the day. “Dawn Patrol” is a common term in surfing culture and the inspiration behind the renaming of this roast.

One of our very first, flagship roasts, we are crowing Dawn Patrol as our house blend. This roast features coffee sourced from Costa Rica and Sumatra, roasted to highlight their strengths and playing excellently together to stand out in a variety of brewing methods. This cup is well rounded, earthy with flavor notes of citrus peel and brown sugar. This brew is full body with a creamy finish.
