The Bayman’s Blend, one of our first roasts created and features a blend of high mountain beans from the volcanic soils of Sumatra & Papua-New Guinea. Semi sweet notes of fig and toffee balance with the smoky and smooth earth tones. The perfect roast for those mornings when you know the seas will be rough, the "kinda day that'll blow the hair off a dog." This roast is a tribute to those hardened by the sea.
